Delete your account
Delete from the app
- Open PrimalCore and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.
Past likes and comments in community features may remain and display as a deleted user.
Deleting your PrimalCore account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Apple will keep billing until you cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@primalcore.app from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my PrimalCore account”. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (user ID, email, display name)
- Profile photo and private profile fields
- Challenge history and account-linked progress
What is not automatically removed
- Store subscriptions: cancel in Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting your PrimalCore account does not cancel billing.
- Payment records: kept by Apple or Google under their policies
- Safety and compliance records: we may keep limited information such as abuse reports, moderation actions, support emails about your deletion request, and basic security logs for as long as needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.
