Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PrimalCore → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PrimalCore → Cancel

Camera AI

Camera AI not counting or won’t start?

• Use a real device with a working camera (simulators are not supported)
• Train in good lighting with your body in frame as shown on screen
• Prop your device using the setup tips for that exercise
• Hold your start position until the countdown begins
• Partial reps do not count
