FAQ
How does Camera AI know I did the reps?
Pose AI watches your body in the camera and counts full reps automatically from your session. Partial reps do not count. Personal records and leaderboard placements are subject to review by our team to ensure every score is authentic.
What can I compete in?
Skill Arena timed rep challenges across bodyweight exercises, plus daily community rooms with shared goals. Practice runs are unlimited and stay off the leaderboard. Compete runs are ranked.
How do leaderboards work?
Your compete scores are ranked on the live leaderboard. Every month resets on the 1st, so everyone starts even. If you finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, you earn a podium title that shows on your profile.
How do rivals work?
Open a daily challenge room and pin someone with the bolt (up to 10). Track who’s ahead and who’s closing in, and let that push you to finish today’s goal.
Is PrimalCore a subscription?
Yes. A membership unlocks skill challenges, leaderboards, and community. New members can start with a free trial. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and delete your account. If you no longer have the app, email support@primalcore.app from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my PrimalCore account”. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
